  1. Lorian: Glad to see a business post that focuses on and understanding of the development need of the multiple intelligences within people. I teach a Transformational Leadership graduate course that focuses the student for 16-weeks of EI leadership skill building that starts with self-awareness tand then an awareness of others training as future employees and management.
